Dear son yours of yesterday at hand. The happy thought occured to me that this would be my last letter written in 1899 and it would be addressed to you.
I can’t be with you at ____ Banks meeting Monday evening. The roads are good now and I will have to haul in feed for fear of a storm.
I will be down to attend the Farmers Mutual insurance directors meeting on Monday Jan 8 -1900.
All is well at home. Hope you are well.
